Moni, THE FLORIST.

In 2019, Monineath Pen embarked on an experimental floral journey. While navigating through the floral industry as a freelancer, weddings were always her favorite project.

Dirt is a culmination of Moni’s affinity for unique design experiences when working closely with clients to curate floral stories. Nothing moves her more than seeing the product of joint creativity come together for that special day.    

A small spark; flowers, she found this simple route to joy. What began as a personal quest to find new experiences and pursuit of joy in life and work, serendipitously grew in to a promising career. This found chance allowed her to nurture Dirt into manifesting, what she calls, her dream job.

Here at Dirt, we strive to meet challenges that help us grow as individuals and professionally, like opting to design with natural products only and reusing as many hardy mechanics as possible. Being mindful of our practice and impact on this beautiful yet fragile sphere, allows us to be proud of our works and to work with intentional love, finding along the way how we can make a difference in our communities.

She hopes to leave you with a newfound appreciation for nature, artist of their crafts and a work ethic committed to include sustainability in the process.
